Senior US Payroll and Implementation Specialist | North Carolina, US

CloudPay is looking for a Senior US Payroll and Implementation Specialist to join our successful Payroll team in a fast-growing environment. You will be responsible for implementing United States’ payrolls in our in-house Payroll application Kronos.

The position involves gathering information from our customers, setting up pay codes in the Payroll Application, uploading employee’s information into the system, running parallel calculations and handover clean, accurate and compliant payrolls to Payroll Operations. The Senior US Payroll and Implementations Specialist works along with the Customer, CloudPay’s Project Manager and Implementation Consultant in order to archive successful implementations.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • +5 years of experience in US Payroll
  • +3 years of experience in Payroll Implementations
  • +3 years of experience in US Payroll Taxes
  • Experience in Kronos US Payroll application
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent time management, inquisitive and attention to detail

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Implement new US payroll customers in Kronos Payroll Application
  • Processing multiple in-house payrolls in Kronos application accurately, on time and efficiently
  • Provide support to clients on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service
  • Maintain payroll information and records on the Kronos payroll application
  • Research discrepancies of payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
  • Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory US authorities
  • Compiles and files required reports for relevant government agencies
