APAC Associate Payroll Specialist – Hybrid – Makati, Philippines

Associate Payroll Specialist, will be responsible for operational processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay resources and able to work collaboratively with Cloudpay global payroll operations team.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform monthly payroll processing for clients in PH or any APAC region
  • Perform payroll payments and social contributions in accordance to local statutory and company policies
  • Perform payroll reconciliation and reporting
  • Distribution of payroll reports to various business units
  • Update payroll manual as and when on a timely basis
  • Handle all payroll matters and queries from clients on a timely manner

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years Diploma course degree
  • With at least 1 year experience in payroll process and other country specific payroll experience is a plus
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and manual payroll processing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, systematic and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills in English, as this role will highly communicate/deal with clients and international business partner
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
