Associate China Payroll Specialist – Shanghai, China

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
 
•Processing multiple payrolls accurately, on time and efficiently 
•Provide support to clients on all payroll related matters  to ensure the highest level of service 
•Maintain payroll information and records on the  CloudPay payroll application 
•Research discrepancies of payroll information and / or  documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures  
•Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory local  authorities 
•Compiles and files required reports for relevant government agencies 
•Prepares regular and ad hoc payroll reports handles  special client requests 
•Learn local country payroll

 

Attributes and Experience Required:
•    Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in HR Administration
•    Ideally minimum of 1-2 years working experience in payroll processing
•    Experience working in an outsourcing environment or have managed large-in-house payroll headcount
•    A good working knowledge and understanding on the whole payroll processing cycle including filing of government claims and tax submission
•    Proficiency in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills
•    excellent attention to detail
•    Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
•    Understanding of China HR & Payroll law and policy as it pertains to service center support models and implementation
