Billing Specialist – Makati City, Philippines

This role sits within the Finance department reporting to the Billing Team Lead and providing support to the rest of the finance team.  The primary purpose of the role will be the to provide support to the billing team, focusing on Global Billings.
 
The role will also need to provide support in resolving customer and internal queries and the setup / maintenance of customer records in NetSuite.
 

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with all customers, dealing with queries efficiently and effectively
  • Liaising internally with the wider finance and operational teams on customer invoicing matters
  • Update of customer ‘items’ in Netsuite which drive customer billing
  • Setting up new customers, new services (RFCs, amendments, addenda) in NetSuite
  • Assistance with monthly customer billing cycles

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in International billing
  • Understanding of VAT and US Sales tax and how it works across countries
  • Good understanding of MSA and related documents
  • Price awareness in relation to the invoice process
  • Experience of Netsuite would be advantageous
  • Good Excel skills
