Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Fully co-ordinate your assigned Customer portfolio’s international payrolls using CloudPay tools
  • Manage payroll data following internal checklists and automated data validation
  • Oversee the smooth and timely data flow and payroll events based on the CloudPay calendar tool including off-cycle activities
  • Review and drive the resolution of assigned Customers’ payroll queries
  • Make sure statutory payments are delivered
  • Take part in testing and product development projects related to the CloudPay payroll system
  • Work within own agile team to inspire to elaborate best practices
  • Mentor the onboarding of the new agile team members
Attributes and Experience Required:
  • 1-2 years of experience working in payroll/finance department is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of proven experience working in business services
  • Excellent time management, administration skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop own effectiveness
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient
  • Driven and determined to achieve objectives
 Please note that this is an onsite role, 4 days a week only, 1:00 pm to 12 am shift.
