EMEA Payroll Supervisor – Makati City, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication between client and Payroll Providers regarding their payrolls
  • Check monthly payroll reports from Payroll Providers
  • Ensure all timelines are met
  • Regularly report back to the EMEA Payroll Manager
  • Recommend departmental specific procedures and implement those that are approved
  • Support the transition of automation into payrolls
  • Be the first point of contact for team emergencies including all office responsibilities
  • Supervise and work alongside the team, providing support.

 

Attributes and Experience required:

  • Organisational skills to meet deadlines
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, email and internet
  • Evaluate process and make recommendations to the EMEA Payroll Manager on any improvements to the process
  • Working with cross-functional teams, on a variety of projects
  • To ensure the EMEA Payroll Manager has all the information required to make strategic and operational decisions
  • Assertive thinking and decision-making skills
  • Forward thinking, planning and organisational skills

    *Please note that this is an onsite role, 4 days a week only, 1:00 pm to 12 am shift.
