IT System Administrator – Remote – Poland

As the IT System Administrator responsible for Application Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization’s applications, licenses, access, and integration processes. You will work with various departments to optimize our application portfolio, maintain licensing compliance, and provide technical expertise in tools like Intune and SCCM. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of IT processes and provide internal training to enhance the capabilities of our IT team.
 
Daily duties and main responsibilities will include:
 

1. Intune and SCCM Management:

  • Manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM for device and application management.
  • Configure and maintain Intune policies for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection.
  • Deploy software and updates using SCCM.

Application Management:

  • Oversee the entire application lifecycle, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical business applications.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify, evaluate, and implement new applications or upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly.
 
3.
License Management:
  • Monitor software licenses and subscriptions to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track license renewals, negotiate with vendors, and manage license inventory.
  • Implement strategies to optimize license usage and reduce costs.
 
4.
Access and Integration Management:
  • Administer user access permissions for various applications and systems.
  • Facilitate integration between different software applications and platforms.
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly across integrated systems.
 
5.
Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide internal training to IT team members on application management, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
 
Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Experience with Intune and SCCM Management
  • Strong administrative knowledge Office 365 Suite (Multiple products)
  • Experience in capturing business and technical requirements
  • Good level of English
  • Good documentation and communications skills
  • Experience in workflow and IT Process automation (desirable)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
