Performance Analytics Manager – Hybrid – Budapest, Hungary

CloudPay has a full-time position for a Performance Analytics Manager who can deliver data-driven insights on our go-to-market strategies and drive improvements to achieve pipeline targets and revenue growth. The Performance Analytics Manager will be responsible for sharing the results of integrated marketing campaigns and associated tactics for all inbound and outbound programs: Account-based Marketing, product campaigns, paid media, website, SEM/SEO/digital, content marketing, webinars, events, and more. As the custodian of our performance data, attribution and tracking capabilities, you will be pivotal in ensuring our data is where it needs to be, when it needs to be and how it needs to be. The team member will also be required to pull ad hoc reports from different internal platforms, perform data cleanup, and make recommendations to improve processes and data gathering
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with Marketing team members to conduct detailed analysis and insights on our go-to-market strategies; translate these insights into actionable findings to align with business goals and drive results
  • Integrate data between existing datasets and platforms (marketing automation, CRM platforms, SEO and paid media), CloudPay’s customer database, company financial systems and other marketing technology (Google Analytics, SEMrush, 3rd party data/ZoomInfo and intent tools, etc.) to develop holistic views of marketing program performance
  • Produce and share weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for senior executives and key business stakeholders – Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Customer Success – to measure campaign and program performance and the impact on global and regional sales pipelines
  • Establish benchmarks to prepare and present slide presentations that highlight trends, successes, and areas for improvement across our marketing channels
  • Collaborate with individuals across marketing and sales operations to drive operational and business process improvements – whether upstream campaigns and tactics or downstream lead management and sales processes, from lead qualification and conversion to won/lost deals
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and formulate test plans, measure and analyze A/B and multivariate tests by applying proper testing principles and standards, maintain and develop templates to properly aggregate data and perform statistical testing for test analyses
  • Must be highly analytical and motivated to learn and use digital analytics technology (i.e. Google Analytics, SQL-based databases, PowerBI, HubSpot and/or Salesforce, etc.) Must be able to work across internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
  • Take ownership of our data collection methodology and ensure implementation of accurate tracking techniques to maximise our compliant data flow into company systems
  • Implement strong data governance by working with key stakeholders and system owners to understand requirements and opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
Main Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a B2B marketing environment analyzing data and consulting on best practices to improve results
  •  Proven experience in significantly impacting B2B marketing lead generation, conversion through the funnel, and retention results via data analysis and delivery of valuable information
  • Experience and know-how to guide an analytics strategy across these areas (not limited to): campaigns, email, paid social, paid search, SEO, blogs, videos, events, webinars, and third-party channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset; experience with PowerBI/ Tableau or similar BI/data visualization tools a strong plus
  • Self-starter, independently initiating and driving projects towards completion
  • Deep understanding of multi-relational databases (HubSpot/Salesforce) + CRM objects and data
  • Solid understanding of marketing performance KPIs across multi-channel campaign metrics and marketing technology platforms: Google Analytics (paid and organic search, direct traffic), HubSpot/Pardot email, and content marketing, LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Expert in MS Excel with a clear understanding of pivot tables, functions, matching multiple data sets via ‘match’ or ‘vlookups’, cleaning and manipulating large data sets
  • Able to translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs 
  • In-depth knowledge of data visualization best practices and platforms like PowerBI or any other relevant platforms
  • Experience and understanding of Google Tag Manager implementation to ensure harmony between data flows to internal systems would be ideal
  • Able to translate technical data into a KPI-driven framework and language that internal marketing team members can understand
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing data from a variety of sources and presenting the findings in a clear and concise manner
