Senior FP&A Manager – Andover, Hampshire, UK – Hybrid

Having just completed our latest funding round, CloudPay is on a continuous high growth stage with over 20% YoY growth consistently over the past 4 years.

We are looking for a highly talented individual comfortable in a fast-moving, rapid-growth environment where ambiguity is a challenge to overcome.

The successful candidate will have a crucial role in helping to develop a relatively new function and steer the company towards its targets.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare month-end group financial reporting and KPI’s to the ELT and board of directors.
  • Drive efficiencies in the group reporting processes, focusing on business insights & trends.
  • Assist in the development of new business intelligence, planning and forecasting tools to provide the business with access and clarity to key metrics, drivers and insights into cost, trends and key performance indicators.
  • Support the Director, Business Planning & Analysis to drive change and accountability within the organisation in what is a relatively new function.
  • Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes worldwide (defining process, deadlines and expectations, and ensuring communication), working closely with each department to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Support & conduct ad-hoc analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Strategic planning and decision support (Business Cases) – Participate in the strategic planning process, providing financial analysis, modelling, and insights.
  • Manage and help develop a relatively new team and function.
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders across the business and assist in Business Partnering at multiple levels within the organisation.

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Extensive years of relevant financial analysis experience.
  • Proven experience in the production of KPI reporting, and systems experience in leveraging this data from multiple systems (Financial, CRM, HRIS)
  • Strong Excel skills. Ability to work with and manipulate large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrating clear cases of developing financial insights and metrics.
  • Strong communication, influencing, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • (Desirable) Demonstrable experience in PowerBI development and visualisations.
