UK Payroll Coach – Andover, UK – Hybrid

Our fast-growing team is looking for a UK Payroll Coach who can bring their unique energy and enthusiasm to work with multi-national companies in the UK region to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The primary goal of the Payroll Coach is to provide training to new hires and to work with supervisors to identify gaps in existing team members’ knowledge and ensure these are filled. 

Another key area is to provide training to support the implementation of legislation/policy and software changes.
 

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Complete the onboarding of newly hired UK payroll team members
  • Prepare, follow up and analyse gaps within the team and organise relevant training
  • Work with supervisors on team progression and development plans to ensure all the relevant training is provided
  • Work with the lead consultant on ensuring the hub is up to date with processes
  • Drive payroll documentation 
  • Follow up on learning and development trends in the payroll industry
  • Ensure Regional Payroll Operation Team knowledge is managed and developed
  • Work with supervisors to collate annual updates and information
  • Create a training plan and deliver annual updates
  • Ensure annual updates are communicated to clients and process notes on the hub.
  • Review team members’ progress on the ACT training system.
 
Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years of UK Payroll Processing knowledge preferred
  • Experience in training, mentoring
  • Experience in presenting
  • Understand individual’s training needs
  • Positive mindset
  • Ability to meet challenges
