What does your job involve?  

My role as a Product Owner requires engagement with stakeholders, both internal and external. I listen to their pain points and consistently gather feedback to formulate requirements for feature enhancements. I then collaborate with various departments, such as the Design, Engineering, Learning, Payroll, and Implementation teams, to deliver solutions to enhance our payroll platform. My responsibilities extend to prioritizing initiatives, and working with the Product team to promote standard ways of working for Product Owners.
 

How would you describe the culture at CloudPay?   

CloudPay encourages us to maintain a healthy work-life balance, promoting an efficient work environment. There is also focus on employee’s career growth and even changing your career track is a transparent process.
 

What do you enjoy about your job? 

I like that I get to interact with people from all departments, locations and timezones.  

Why would you recommend CloudPay as somewhere to work?  

CloudPay is unique in affording a high level of flexibility in each person’s way of working despite it being a structured and organized company; flexibility usually comes with start-ups or companies with smaller headcounts.  

‘Payroll’ might sound like something very legacy, but leadership here definitely don’t have the “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it” mindset. It’s clear that CloudPay is looking to transform payroll from just a tedious, administrative need to one that is efficient and almost ‘enjoyable’ for someone to complete. CloudPay is growing and it’s definitely a good time to be here.
