Charlotte O’Driscoll – Head of Global Payroll & Employment Tax, London Stock Exchange
Charlotte O’Driscoll is the Head of Global Payroll and Employment Tax at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and joined in 2023. She has been instrumental in transforming Payroll operations driving cost efficiency, accuracy and colleague satisfaction. Her strategic vision has been key in navigating complex financial landscapes and aligning payroll strategies with corporate goals. Before joining LSEG, Charlotte held senior positions in Payroll, Finance and HR at Sage and Danaher where she gained extensive experience on a global platform.
Danny Rice – UK Payroll Product Management, Workday
Danny Rice has been involved in the Payroll industry for over 25 years. During his career he was worked across both Public and Private sector industries, been involved in over 50 implementations of new payroll solutions to various customers and also in addition to Payroll solutions deployed HR, Time Tracking, Costing, Absence, Training and Recruitment products. In his current role he leads the UK Payroll Product Management team for Workday developing a market leading cloud-based product.

Ryan is a sales and client management team leader with a record of strong results working in payments across UK and EMEA. Skilled in Management, Partnerships, Customer service, complex negotiations, Business Development, Credit Card issuing and acquiring strategies.
