I have worked at CloudPay for more than 14 years. I started my career in 2009 as the APAC Program Manager with the Implementation team and then moved into my current role in 2017. Overall, I have more than 27 years of industry experience supporting HRIS and payroll and it has been a continuous learning and fulfilling experience for me. 

What does your job involve?   

I am responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery to our customers from our service centres in Singapore, Philippines, China and Australia. We process payrolls across 18 countries in Asia from our service centres in APAC.
 

My primary responsibility is to ensure we manage our payroll service standards to the contracted SLAs with our customers. This is a very customer focused role which involves regular monthly payroll reviews with our customers in the spirit of continuous improvement and at the same time managing our relationships with our in-country service partners.
 

We have seen an exponential growth in the number of customer payrolls over the past few years so keeping an eye on growth forecast and managing a scalable organization to handle growth is an important aspect of this role as well.
