IT System Administrator – Budapest, Hungary – Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced and solutions-focused System Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and enterprise SaaS platforms. This role will be key in supporting the ongoing operation, integration, and optimization of M365 services and SaaS applications, contributing to service enhancements, migrations, and modern workplace adoption. You’ll also support development and automation using Power Platform tools, all within a collaborative and ITIL-aligned environment.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

• Provide specialist support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Assist in the integration and administration of SaaS applications, including support for onboarding, configuration, and user access.
• Support SaaS-to-SaaS migrations, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
• Contribute to the delivery of Power Platform solutions including PowerApps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide 3rd line support for enterprise applications and M365 services, including issue resolution and technical advice.
• Assist in implementing Microsoft 365 compliance features such as DLP, eDiscovery, retention policies, and audit capabilities.
• Work closely with IT colleagues and stakeholders to support collaboration tools and drive effective use of Microsoft 365 features.
• Maintain documentation, access records, and system configurations in line with ITIL processes.
• Participate in service improvements, migrations, and system upgrades within M365 and SaaS environments.

Attributes and Experience Required:

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and SaaS-based services in a professional IT environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 core services and administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Experience supporting and integrating enterprise SaaS applications, including involvement in SaaS migration projects.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting solutions using Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features (e.g. DLP, retention, auditing).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with other teams to resolve them.
• Comfortable working within an ITIL-aligned support environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
