Recognition in Overall and Multi-Country Capability categories follows major technology launches and continued investment in customer excellence

CloudPay achieved a Leader position in both the Overall and Multi-Country Capability categories. The evaluation assesses providers on their ability to deliver immediate benefits and meet future client requirements, helping businesses identify partners to support their payroll operations and transformation ambitions.

The recognition comes as CloudPay celebrates 30 years of global payroll innovation, with recent achievements spanning technology, integration and customer excellence. These include the launch of CloudPay Navigator and its Model Context Protocol (MCP) proposition, alongside a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +21, reflecting strong customer relationships and its commitment to industry-leading service.

CloudPay Navigator brings payroll and payments activity into one place, helping teams gain visibility across countries, prioritise tasks and address issues earlier. Its newly launched MCP programme enables customers to securely connect payroll and payments data with AI tools, analytics and enterprise systems.

These developments build on CloudPay’s certification across all five features of Workday’s Global Payroll Connect suite, advancing its strategy to simplify the journey from HR through payroll to payment.

Elizabeth Rennie, NelsonHall’s HR & Talent Transformation Research Director, said “CloudPay was identified as a Leader in the 2026 Payroll Services NEAT (Overall and Multi-Country market segments) based on the depth of its global payroll and payments capability. This includes advanced automation, deep Workday integration, and a mobile offering, supporting integrated, transparent, and data-driven payroll and payments services across 140 countries.”
