This position is responsible for leading and managing the function of CloudPay’s Payroll Operations in the UK and European Union regions. Global in scope, and oversees the various critical aspects of operational delivery for client payrolls.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and lead the various Philippine teams responsible for the day to day payroll processing of CloudPay clients, including but not limited to, capacity management, process improvement, and problem solving
  • Lead, develop and support supervisors in the delivery of various payroll and related functions across Operations
  • Manage team members and ensure delivery of payrolls in a timely and effective manner, and at a high level of client experience
  • Manage team members supporting clients in an in-office setup
  • Hire, train and manage team members to ensure high skill proficiency and capability across the operations space
  • Ensure high levels of engagement, and minimize unwanted attrition of staff, to maximize skill retention
  • Find and identify opportunities to improve capacity, throughput and overall efficiency across Operations
  • Analyze critical data, and develop processes and structures to support Operations work across various regions, in order to maximize performance and manage costs

The role is directly responsible for CloudPay’s delivery of Payroll services to our clients.

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Leadership experience, preferably in an Operations and/or Implementation environment
  • Client management experience
  • Excellent leadership and group engagement skills, critical to supporting in-office teams
  • High degree of independence, ability to craft short term plans in response to rapidly changing conditions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to lead multiple teams in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and multi-task management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment

*Work schedule is mid-shift 3:00 pm to 12:00 midnight, onsite daily.
