London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) to talk about being part of the initial rollout at Workday Rising this week

The announcement comes ahead of Workday Rising, where CloudPay customer, London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), will talk about how CloudPay’s MCP has helped them reduce manual payroll processes, improve access to payroll data and exception-based payroll operations.

Initial use cases include payroll data accessibility, gross-to-net reconciliation and AI-powered payroll analysis.
LSEG is one of the first customers to be using MCP alongside other members of  CloudPay’s Customer Advice Bureau (CAB) as part of its initial rollout.

Charlotte O’Driscoll, Head of Payroll and Employment Tax at London Stock Exchange Group, said: “CloudPay’s MCP initiative is a strong example of how strategic partnerships can support our long-term transformation goals. As we continue our journey towards exception-based payroll processing, we want to eliminate as many manual touchpoints as possible. MCP opens up new opportunities to securely connect data sources, automate processes and improve the way payroll information flows across our wider technology landscape.”

“As organisations expand their AI and automation strategies, they need secure ways to connect payroll data to the tools and processes that power their business. Through MCP, customers can securely access payroll insights and workflows within the environments where they already work, creating new opportunities for automation, visibility and innovation.”

CloudPay’s MCP offering enables customers to securely connect payroll and payments data into AI environments, enterprise systems and custom applications, while maintaining governance, compliance and control.

The launch forms part of CloudPay’s broader strategy to create more intelligent, connected payroll ecosystems and help organisations get greater value from their payroll data.

CloudPay will share further details of its MCP roadmap and customer innovation strategy at Workday Rising US and Workday Rising EMEA. Charlotte will be talking about the launch with CloudPay’s Sammy Molinaro, Director, Solutions Consulting Sales, at Workday Rising US on October 14th at 11am.

The general release of CloudPay’s MCP programme  to all customers is expected next year.
