ANDOVER, UK – 9 November 2023 – CloudPay, the global leader in employee pay solutions, is pleased to announce its continued recognition as a Leader in NelsonHall’s 2023 Payroll Services NEAT evaluation.
The NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT) evaluates payroll service providers, helping sourcing managers gauge their abilities across various criteria and situations. The tool helps identify top vendors with strong capabilities across three areas: Digital Payroll, Payroll Plus, and Multi-Country Payroll. In the 2023 assessment unveiled today, CloudPay is positioned as a leader, the highest designation, across all three evaluations.
The accompanying vendor analysis from NelsonHall acknowledges that CloudPay holds a strong position in the payroll market by focusing on driving both payroll and process efficiencies. CloudPay is also acknowledged for being ahead of its peers in delivering the capability to support multiple payment solutions and wellness offerings globally.
Liz Rennie, NelsonHall’s HR Technology & Services Research Director, said “CloudPay is a Leader in the Payroll Multi-Country Capability market segment. Through offering rich managed payroll services to ~130 countries, clients benefit from its technology, improved experiences, interfaces and reporting through consolidating with one provider.“
Nick Webb, Chief Marketing Officer at CloudPay said: “Being recognised as a Leader across all three evaluations reinforces our focus on being customer led and listening to their needs to deliver a modern pay experience that consistently exceeds customer expectations. It also emphasises our commitment to investing in product development, innovation and technology to ensure people are paid on time, every time regardless of their location.”
NelsonHall used 35 criteria in the 2023 NEAT to evaluate payroll providers on their ability to deliver immediate benefit and to meet future client requirements. CloudPay has been consistently recognised by NelsonHall as a Leader in the NEAT Payroll Services evaluation for the last eight years.
