What does your job involve? 

As a regional lead in APAC-HR, I manage the strategic and operational delivery of standard processes, communication, engagement, culture-building, talent retention, and other critical HR activities in partnership with APAC leadership and global HR. I also actively look for opportunities to improve and implement positive change, while taking into high consideration the leadership principles of fairly developing and managing a team composed of HR Business Partners, HR Internal Payroll Specialists, and HR Administrators in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

How would you describe the culture at CloudPay?

What do you enjoy about your job? 

I love that no day is ever the same and I truly learn constantly! Every day, I’m given a chance to create meaningful and lasting relationships, learn new things and solve complex problems that can impact the lives of people. The most rewarding part is seeing that the people I am working with are constantly growing within a culture that enables diversity and innovation.
